We ask for payment within 4 days of purchase, unless other arrangements have been made. PayPal is accepted. Transactions are US Dollars. We will also accept international money orders, the money order must be cashable internationally. Please contact us if you plan to pay by Money Order. Transactions are in Canadian Dollars.
Items only shipped after payment is received.

TAXES & DUTY:
USA & International Buyers: Orders shipped outside Canada MAY subject to customs fees, brokerage fees and taxes charged by the Buyer's country on entry. These costs are the Buyer's responsibility.

SHIPPING:
Items are shipped via Canada Post within 24 hours of payment (except weekends & holidays).

When leaving feedback, please remember we have no control over the shipping time once your item leaves our nest and we do not inflate our shipping quotes.

The delivery times indicated below are estimates only. Remember your location, busy holiday seasons, and delays at customs can lengthen shipping times.

Canada: regular shipping within Canada can take up to 14 business days depending on location.

USA: ground shipping takes up to 21 business days, Air or Expedited is recommended.

International: items are shipped via Air mail and delivery time is based on your location.

For faster shipping services please ask in advance of bid or purchase.

We can combine shipping on some items, please ask in advance of bid or purchase.

Shipping insurance is available and for some items it is already included, please contact us. We are not responsible for late, lost or damaged items once they leave our care.

All items are packed securely, using the double box system when necessary, and whenever possible we will use recyclable packing materials.

REFUNDS:
We deal mainly with previously owned items, not new. Please be sure to read the item description, store policies, view all pictures, and contact us with questions before bidding or buying.
Due to the nature of the items we sell all sales are final.
